Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–4 business days. During restocks or busy periods it can take a little longer, and made-to-order items like the Universal Decant Stand need about 3 extra business days.

Shipping rates

Canada: Tracked shipping starts at $8 CAD. Orders of $175 CAD or more ship free with standard shipping. Remote and northern addresses cost more.

United States: Tracked shipping is $26 USD with duties and taxes prepaid. Orders of $276.54 CAD or more (about $200 USD) ship free.

International: We ship to 26 countries, including the UK, much of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Switzerland. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Some items, like mailer boxes and the Universal Decant Stand, include free shipping within Canada and the US. Your exact shipping options and rates are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery after your order ships:

Canada: 2–8 business days (remote and northern addresses can take longer)

United States: 4–8 business days

International: 5–22 business days, depending on destination and customs

These are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. A few small items, like stickers, ship by lettermail, which isn't tracked.

Duties and taxes

Our $26 USD shipping option to the United States includes prepaid duties and taxes. For other international destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at evrairco@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
