Bottles

Which bottle should I choose?

Twist-top pressurized bottles (5, 7.5 and 10 mL) are the easiest. The top screws on, no tools are needed, and it’s leak-proof.

Crimp bottles (including our Eazy bottles and our 30–50 mL bottles) are sealed with a crimp tool, so the spray head stays on for good. Our Eazy bottles give our finest mist.

Twist-top vials (2 and 3 mL) have simple screw caps and are great for samples.

What does “pressurized” mean?

A pressurized sprayer gives a fine, even mist every time you press it, instead of the weak “puff” you get from many standard sprayers. Our EvrAir bottles also use glass that’s 10% thicker than typical decant bottles.

Do the bottles come with perfume?

No. All our bottles and vials are sold empty, ready for you to fill with your own fragrance.

How do I fill a bottle?

Twist-top bottles and vials

  1. Unscrew the top.
  2. Fill the bottle with a syringe. Many of our bottles have level marks to help you measure.
  3. Screw the top back on firmly.

Crimp bottles

  1. Fill the bottle with a syringe.
  2. Place the spray head on the neck.
  3. Press it down with a crimp tool to seal it. Once sealed, the spray head stays in place.

A crimp tool is included with first orders that contain crimp-top bottles. Our Perfume Decanting Syringe + Adapter makes the transfer easy.

No syringe? You can simply spray your fragrance into the bottle until it’s full.

Can I refill and reuse the bottles?

Twist-top bottles are easy to refill: unscrew the top and fill again.

Crimp bottles are sealed once crimped. If you plan to reuse our classic 7.5 or 10 mL crimp bottles, we include two to three refill adapters with orders of more than 20 bottles.

Which travel cases fit?

  • 5 and 10 mL bottles (MK II, Eazy and classic crimp): Tom Ford and several other 5 and 10 mL travel cases.
  • 7.5 mL bottles: the Kilian travel atomizer, and the Mind Games and House of Sillage travel cases. The 7.5 mL twist-top is a drop-in replacement for the Kilian Talisman case.
  • Our Denim travel pouch holds up to six 3, 5 or 10 mL bottles.

Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–4 business days. Made-to-order items, like our stands, need a few extra business days.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • International: 5–22 business days

Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $175, and in the US on orders over about $200 USD. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes. We ship to the United States and internationally to 26 countries, including the UK, much of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Switzerland.

Our $26 USD tracked shipping to the US includes duties and taxes, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other countries, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Get 25% off when you buy 50 or more individual vials, and you can mix and match any style. Our packs are already discounted.

Selling decants? Our bundles group popular bottles together for less than buying them separately.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 15 minutes of placing it. Contact us right away to cancel your order or remove items.

Can I return an order?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we’ll send you a free return label. Returns sent without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

What if my order is damaged or late?

Email us at evrairco@gmail.com and we’ll make it right. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage right away.
